MINISTRY TEAMS

Team Leader: Ron Beebe

We believe that prayer is the source of life and power for the Church. Our prayer team leader organizes volunteers to pray during our services, and records prayer requests. Join us for our Prayer Meetings as we intercede for our Church, Community, and World on Wednesdays at 7pm every week. 

Team Leaders: Chuck Hilman and Sarah Murdock

The Education team has the responsibility of working with the Pastor to insure that adequate opportunities for instruction in the word of God are available to the members and friends of the Oaks Community Church. Sunday school is held on Sundays at 10:00. Adult Bible Study is Saturdays at 8:30 am. For other education opportunities reach out to our team leaders. 

Team Leader: Marty Briney

The Mission Team has the specific responsibility of working with the pastor to administer the disbursement of the church tithe to local and world missions. The mission team leader leads the mission team, organizes Mission Week, and works with our missionaries that we support. 

Team Leader: Laura Lane

At the Oaks, our weekly worship service shall be primary means for our "Loving Up" of the Lord God with heart, soul, and mind. The worship leader organizes psalm readers, ushers and greeters, communion stewards, acolytes, and leads the music team. Contact Laura to Volunteer.

Team Leaders: Linda Jones

We fellowship weekly on Sundays between services, 9:30-10:30am. The Team leader also organizes Potlucks. If you or your small group would like to serve, sign up with Linda.

Here at the Oaks we believe that participation in a small group is a primary means that God uses for growing us into "Oaks of Righteousness." To this end, our small groups provide an intimate and supportive atmosphere for growing more like Christ in our thoughts and actions everyday.
